We have found the whole process really easy. From the initial consultation/discussion with you, your father and uncle both checking the site to ensure that everything was possible, bathroom fitters, plasteres and tiler that you can actually have a coherent conversation with and people in the back ground who are friendly and polite to deal with. We were a little nervous of the whole process but have been very pleased with how it has all gone

Of Course, we dont have any more bathrooms to be done now so we are not likely to use you again for a while. But we would have no hesitation in recommending you to our friends and neighbours.
